Step by step

Once the mixture has reached 250°F, remove the saucepan from heat and stir. Add the green apple extract. Optionally you may add food colour at this stage.

Poor the hot caramel mixture in the prepared baking dish abd let it cool for hours.

Once the mixture has cooled and solidified, cut it into your proffered shapes and wrap the with candy wrappers ir parchment paper.
