Carrot turmeric ginger juice is one of my favourite immune boosting healthy drink. It is nutritious and a refreshing health drink which is packed with essential nutrients and vitamins among other health benefits.

Carrots are known for their beta carotene component essential for vision. Turmeric has been used for it’s anti inflammatory properties, whereas ginger has immune boosting properties and aids in digestion.

This carrot and turmeric juice is gluten-free, high-fiber, low-fat, vegan friendly and a paleo drink.
