Our homemade Cranberry Raspberry orange Sauce is my go-to secret for transforming ordinary meals into extraordinary culinary delights. Ingredients for this recipe include cranberries, blood oranges or raspberry orange, sugar, water and Spices which is optional.

This Cranberry Orange Raspberry Sauce combines the sweet and zesty taste of orange raspberry with the tartness of cranberries to produce a flavourful Sauce.

Cranberry Raspberry orange ingredients

  • Cranberries: Use fresh or frozen cranberries. I prefer fresh cranberries for my sauce recipe
  • Raspberry oranges: If raspberry oranges or blood oranges, are available in your countries you can use them. However if not available, use individual oranges and raspberries. Can be fresh or frozen.
  • Sugar: use your normal table sugar or a marble syrup. Adjust to your liking.
  • Water: used for cooking the ingredients into a sauce.
  • Optional: Spices (cinnamon, cloves)

To prepare this Cranberry Raspberry and orange juice, you will start by:

Prep your fruits

Wash your cranberries and raspberry oranges thoroughly under a clean running water, to remove dirt and any contamination. Zest and juice your raspberry oranges in a small bowl.
