    To make this simple syrup, in a sauce pan combine the granulated sugar and water. Heat it on a medium heat until all the sugar dissolves. Put off the spurce of heat and cool the syrup.

  3. Blend

    In a blender, combine all the ingredients; the frozen or fresh peach cubes, our simple syrup prepared in our previous step, lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Blend the ingredients until smooth.

  4. Chill the mixture

    Put the mixture in a refrigerator safe bowl, and chill it the refrigerator for 2 hour until cold.

  5. Freeze

    Transfer the chilled mixture in a shallow freezer bowl and put it in the freezer. Use a for to stir the mixture every 30 minutes, as you break any ice crystals. Continue the process for 3 hours until the sorbet is firm.
