  1. Prepare the peaches

    Start by washing your peaches under clean running water to romeve any dirt. Peel the out layer, pit and slice the peaches into cubes. You can use them fresh or freeze them peaches for a few hours.

  2. Make a simple syrup

    To make this simple syrup, in a sauce pan combine the granulated sugar and water. Heat it on a medium heat until all the sugar dissolves. Put off the spurce of heat and cool the syrup.

  3. Blend

    In a blender, combine all the ingredients; the frozen or fresh peach cubes, our simple syrup prepared in our previous step, lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Blend the ingredients until smooth.

  4. Chill the mixture

    Put the mixture in a refrigerator safe bowl, and chill it the refrigerator for 2 hour until cold.

  5. Freeze

    Transfer the chilled mixture in a shallow freezer bowl and put it in the freezer. Use a for to stir the mixture every 30 minutes, as you break any ice crystals. Continue the process for 3 hours until the sorbet is firm.
